How Does It Work?
Described below are a few different scenarios or situations that will work with the Mortgage Relief Program
Our Mortgage Relief Program is not complicated at all. We'll simply become the lawful new owners of the property. We will provide you with the neccessary paperwork and documentation along with the proper proof of recording at the local county recorders office or the appropriate institution for recording in your state for your records once the process is completed. Let's follow the steps that a typical home owner -- we'll call him James -- would follow:

First, James decides that -- for whatever reason -- his home no longer suits his purposes. He contacts us, Mortgage Relief Solutions and we provide the neccessary paperwork and       documentation and after completion we become the new lawful owners of James old property.

Scenario a: - James is current in his mortgage payments on his home. James wants a new home right away with better financing, lower mortgage payments and wants a new home that is not upside down (owes more than what it’s worth), cost less to buy, etc. His credit is still good and he can qualify for another mortgage.

James sets out to find a new home. James finds one. James then writes a purchase offer on the new home and submits a loan application.

Meanwhile the property is under the care and payments of one of our Property Managers who will manage the property (James's old home) while the property is waiting to be either sold or incorporated into one of our many programs such as our Lease/Purchase program.

Meanwhile the lender of the new property approves James's new mortgage and funds the loan. James moves into his new affordable, not upside down home.

James never makes another payment on his old home.




Scenario b: - James wants to avoid foreclosure on his credit because he may purchase a home later when his financial situation improves. He is already in default on the mortgage and is in danger of foreclosure. Since James cannot obtain a new mortgage loan after a foreclosure, he sets out to find a solution to his problem. He authorizes Mortgage Relief Solutions to become the new lawful owners of his old property (Subject To The Existing Mortgage). He now can concentrate on straightening out his financial situation and perhaps purchase another home later.

Meanwhile the property is under the care and payments of one of our Property Managers who will manage the property (James's old home) while the property is waiting to be either sold or incorporated into one of our many programs such as our Lease/Purchase program.

James never makes another payment on his old home.




Scenario c: - James is willing to walk away from the mortgage debt and home. His credit is shot and he does not care for whatever reason. He is willing to foreclose or perhaps he has no choice in the matter. However he hears about us, Mortgage Relief Solutions who takes over his old property and becomes the new lawful owners. James figures he was going to foreclose and walk away anyway. He has nothing to lose, only to gain.
